Salt and pepper wings with maple glaze

Maple Glaze 

75g Butter 
75g ACV 
100g Maple Syrup 
100g Chicken Stock 
30ml Hot Sauce
Pinch Salt 

Chicken Wings 

1 kg Chicken Wings 
Rapeseed oil 
Black pepper 
Salt 



For the glaze, add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to the boil, cook until you have a nice thick glaze.

Cut the wings into flats and drums 
Toss wings in oil and season with salt and pepper 
Place on a wire rack baking tray well spaced and bake at 220°C for approx 25-30 mins until crispy.
When the wings are cooked, place in a bowl and toss with the maple glaze. 

Serve immediately!
